Gikko offers mobile messaging solutions for business, from SMS, to WhatsApp, Push notifications and Email. Follow the instructions with our Get Started page on how to set up an account. Once you’ve made a payment your account will be credited and you’ll be able to send messages within 48 hours.

Once your account has been set up you will have full management rights to your messaging campaigns by logging into our cloud portal. Only crediting of your account is managed by Gikko.

Send an email to info@gikko.net containing the following;

  • Company/ Organisation Name
  • Email
  • Phone Number
  • Your Desired Sender ID (e.g. Gikko)

NB: Your sender ID is the name of the SMS that will show up when received. It should not exceed 11 characters including spaces)

The account is web based and does not require any software. You only need a computer with internet access to be able to login to your account.

Yes, messages via SMS, WhatsApp and Email can be sent to over 1000 international destinations.

We can handle any messaging scale. Bulk messaging is easy with Gikko.

Follow the instructions on how to set up an account and your account will be ready in the next 15 minutes. Once you’ve made a payment, your account will be credited and you can send messages after 24 hours.

Once your account has been set up, you can input SMS messages on your own by simply logging in to your account via our website. Only your credits will be managed by us.

You can top up your account to the required value using ECOCASH or our registered bank account and your account will be ready to use in 24 hours.

Kindly send your proof of payment to enable your account to be credited.

Send an email to support and copy your account manager. Give a full description of your challenge.

Simply send an email and support will deactivate your account. You can also cancel scheduled campaign messages using the same method.
